Michael leads sales, partnerships, and market expansion for Platinum Control, focusing on growing our VRU, emissions management, and automation solutions in key regions like the Eagle Ford and Rockies. He also heads the development of Pulse 2.0 in collaboration with internal teams and technology partners.

A U.S. Navy veteran, Michael began his oil and gas career in the field leading automation projects for Chesapeake Midstream before moving into senior business development roles. He has more than a decade of experience in oil & gas and cleantech, including methane detection, regulatory compliance, and product commercialization.

His work reflects Platinum's culture of service, reliability, and innovation.

Chance's role is a combination of business development mixed with product development, customer satisfaction, and finding ways to add new value to our products, services, or overall business. His first priority has always been to solve our customers' problems and make their jobs easier. He supports Platinum products with excellent service and communication to remove a lot of headaches for our customers.

Chance studied International Business at Texas State University. He immediately started working in the oilfield in the Barnett Shale as an I&E technician and worked his way up from there. His primary focus has always been facility automation, with an additional emphasis on production equipment related to environmental compliance, including heaters, flares, VRUs, combustors, and related systems.

Chance is a problem solver for our customers. He does not consider himself a salesman. He believes good products paired with outstanding service and support will sell themselves, and he always strives to exceed customer expectations. The Platinum Way reflects everything Chance stands for.

She manages all aspects of employee relations, maintaining a positive and productive workplace through her expertise in HR management, coaching, mentorship, and comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and benefits regulations.

As Director of Service at Platinum Control, Jose oversees and supports our fleet of VRUs across the Permian Basin, Uinta Basin, DJ Basin, and the Eagle Ford Shale. He leads regional service teams, develops field leadership, and ensures operational consistency, safety, and equipment uptime.

Jose works closely with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and drive continuous improvement in service processes, technician performance, and customer support.

He brings more than 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including six years specializing in compression. His background combines field expertise, leadership development, and technical problem-solving across multiple basins and operational environments.

As a Business Development and Account Manager in the oil and gas industry, Tim plays a vital role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts. He cultivates relationships with key stakeholders, including oil producers and suppliers, to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Tim excels at analyzing market trends and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities and create strategic plans that support long-term business growth.

With a GED and more than 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Tim has developed extensive expertise in oil production facilities, including salt water disposals (SWD), compressor stations, well pads, and surface equipment maintenance.

Since 2020, he has expanded his knowledge in compression, including system operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance. His hands-on experience includes overseeing maintenance activities, maintaining operational efficiency, and minimizing equipment downtime.

Throughout his career, Tim has built a strong understanding of facility operations, safety protocols, and equipment management, enabling him to contribute to production reliability, operational excellence, and safety performance across multiple environments.

With expertise spanning both upstream and midstream operations, Kathy focuses on helping clients implement cost-effective and environmentally compliant Vapor Recovery Unit (VRU) solutions that improve performance while supporting regulatory requirements.

Having worked across many areas of the industry, Kathy brings a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing today's energy sector. She collaborates closely with engineers, operators, and executive teams to drive sustainable growth and long-term value.

Outside of her professional work, Kathy is dedicated to giving back to the community. She serves on several nonprofit boards that support children in need and provide scholarships for students from oil and gas families, reflecting her commitment to both industry leadership and social responsibility.
