Denise L. Cowley, MBA, SPHR

Director of Human Resources

Denise contributes over a decade of HR experience in various industries. As the Director of Human Resources at Platinum Control, she oversees the department’s staff and operational procedures. She leads and guides the team in developing and implementing policies and practices that ensure legal compliance while supporting the organization’s mission and talent strategy.

 

In her role, Denise manages all aspects of employee relations, maintaining a harmonious workplace through her expertise in HR management, coaching, mentorship, and her comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and benefits regulations.

 

She is responsible for multiple core areas of the HR function, including performance management, benefits administration, recruitment, employee relations, and coaching and professional development.
